Why you should drink wine every day

 A lot of us were sold the narrative of “say to no wine” since we were kids. The health benefits of wine have always been overlooked for decades. Consuming one to two glasses of red wine every day would make your body bow before you in worship. Red wine is an essential part of diet that no one should overlook anymore. 

The commonest type of meat we all consume is red meat. Taking red wine lowers the risk associated with so much red meat consumption. It renders potentially harmful substances (Malonaldehydes) which are produced during the digestion of red meat. 

Red wine also reduces the occurrence of peptic ulcers. According to research carried out by a group of researchers in the United Kingdom, red wine helps the body destroy Helicobacter pylori, a bacteria that is found to cause the most dangerous peptic ulcers on the walls of the stomach.  Red wine is essential for overall stomach health.

Red wine also contains Resveratrol, a strong compound which helps in the fighting of carcinogenic elements that may find their way into the bloodstream. Although, it cannot single-handedly fight cancers. But it reduces the risk of cancers by virtue of fighting carcinogenic substances. The Resveratrol in red wine also functions as an  anti-depressant by inhibiting the production of Corticosterone which causes depression and anxiety. 

Red wine keeps you happy and excited. Red wine stimulates the brain to produce serotonin, dopamine and opioid peptides. These natural body chemicals keep you from sinking into an abyss.  

Red wine keeps your heart in good shape. It increases the production of antioxidants which reduces the risk of coronary diseases. The amount consumed matters a great deal. When one consumes too much of it, the risk of getting a stroke is increased. 

At the end of the day’s work, have some rest and a few glasses of wine. In red wine, you taste the stars, and your days are made longer. Red wine is one of the best gastronomic delights there is!
