1. Stop worrying too much

When you think too much that you don’t last long in bed as a guy, you’ll develop sexual anxiety. Having sexual anxiety while having sex will be of no help as you’ll end up the usual way; which is cum much fast than you want. 

So how do you deal with this? 

The best cure is to have a positive mindset when you’re about to have sex. Just continue assuring yourselves that you will last longer this time around.

Take off your cloth and boxers/pant. 

Put two fingers on the skin between your legs behind your balls, but before your anus.

Now imagine you’re want to stop yourself from peeing. 

You should feel some movement where you put your fingers and in your penis and balls.

That movement is your Pubococcygeus muscle, PC muscle, or pelvic floor, and it controls the flow of urine as well as controls your ejaculation.

Focus on the muscle and continue flexing it. 

If you can’t find it, then drink some cups of water, go pee, and try to stop the urine from coming out. There it is.

The more success you achieve in flexing it repeatedly, the more you’re are strengthening your pubococcygeus muscle, and eventually you’ll be able to stop yourself from quickly ejaculating or reaching orgasm when you’re not ready to. 

3. Start Slow

Start taking it slow, while having sex, that is, one thrust every few seconds, to last longer as a guy. Gradually, take it up to every two minutes per thrust,  increase and decrease until there’s a thrust every second or so. 

In case you immediately feel like you’re going to cum, stop thrusting and wait a minute until you’re in control again, then you can continue. 

4. Use a condom
